Favourite Web Sites.

 

There are so few sites selling genuine dZi that it is hard to find more that one or two to recommend. I would also like to point out that while I recommend these website as sellers of genuine beads, I do not neccessarily condone the prices being charged and it is up to the purchaser to research the market thoroughly to find the current market prices before they make a purchase.

Tibetan dZi
A friend's site showing all categories of dZi. It is run by a very sound Taiwanese guy called Bryan, and he only sells genuine dZi.

History of dZi
This website gives a history and classification of dZi.

Garuda Trading
One of the few websites that sell genuine dZi.

Drilling Techniques
Here is an article taken from the Lapidary Journal about the ancient drilling techniques used to make the holes in beads.

 

This is a new website selling real but expensively priced dZi. They also have a shop based in Singapore.
